Order & Payment


To Initiate the Design, you need to pay Rs. 30000 for a 2bhk, 45000 for a 3bhk, 60000 for a 4bhk and 75000 for a Villa . Your order gets booked and a Designer is assigned for your project. Our design experts will advise you about space planning and propose 3D rendered designs based on the aesthetics of the site. Post your approval of designs, you need to pay 50% of the Total Estimated amount to confirm your order. However, if you decide to cancel your order at this point, You can pick any of our products from the website against the amount paid at the design stage. You need to pay the remaining amount "in full" upon completion of manufacturing before the product can be dispatched from our factory for delivery and installation at your site.


You can order up to 15 samples online for a 100% refundable fee of Rs. 500 before buying the curtains. The sample kit is delivered at your doorstep and comprises fabric samples, a measuring tape, and a general instructions manual. Once you return the sample kit, we refund your Rs. 500 irrespective of whether you buy curtains from us or not.

You can place the order for curtains by making the online payment. As the curtains are stitched to your order, you need to pay the entire amount upfront.



We customize as per your requirements and therefore it takes us more time to deliver our custom-made furniture than the sites that deliver ready-made furniture. We take up to 30 days to deliver the furniture after you confirm your order, materials, and design. We will update you when the order is out for delivery and installation.

The delivery and installation is free of cost. It takes us two days to install the wardrobes and modular kitchen. However, in case of full home furnishing requests, it may take more time depending upon the extent of work required. Also, we would require a power connection point for the usage of electrical tools for the installation.

Our sofas are made so as to fit through regular stairways or lifts. However, we provide detailed dimensions of the sofa on our website. You can use them to ensure if the delivery of the sofa can be done through the stairs or lift. At present, we do not have any other method to deliver the sofa. In the unlikely event, if the delivery cannot be made via lift or stairs, you need to make arrangements to install it in your house.


We deliver the sample kit to most places in India within a week of order receipt.

For the actual curtains, we take 14 business days to ship your order from the factory because every curtain needs to be stitched and customized as per the order. The delivery time depends on your location. We send the tracking updates once we ship the curtains. You can track your order by checking online.

Return & Exchange policy


As the furniture is customized as per your request, we are unable to accept any returns for the same. In the unlikely event, if the product is damaged or has manufacturing defects, please email us at wecare@customfurnish.com within 2 business days of delivery. Please attach the photographs of the defect because it helps us in processing your request faster. Ensure that the product is in unused condition if it needs to be replaced.

Once the claim has been validated, we will either replace the damaged component or take any other measure to resolve the issue.


Since curtains are made to your specific order, we won't be able to accept returns or exchanges on the curtains.

In the unlikely event if any manufacturing defects are found, please email us at wecare@customfurnish.com with the photographs of the defects within 2 business days of delivery. Please ensure that the curtains are unused and all the tags and labels are intact if the curtains need to be replaced.

Once the claim has been validated, we will replace the defective curtains with the new ones of the same kind.

Sample kit for curtains

To return the sample kit, please email us at wecare@customfurnish.com with the order ID for samples. We will send someone to collect the sample kit from you. Ensure that you put all the elements of the samples kit including the measuring tape in the envelope provided by us. We will refund the fee within one week of receiving the sample kit.


Once we receive the product and validate it, we will process the refunds immediately. The eligible proceeds will be paid to the account you used for making the online payment. It may take your bank 7 to 14 days to process the refunds to your account.
