1. Order Fulfilment & Payment
Your full home interior design & furnishing order gets fulfilled in 3 steps: 1. Design 2. Manufacture 3. Delivery & Installation
Design
You can generate designs for your home on our website. Our designer can assist you in the process if required. After the final designs are approved by you, a Final Estimate is prepared and put forth for your approval. You need to pay an Advance of 50% of the Final Estimate Amount for production to commence.
Manufacturing
We will take up to 21 working days to complete production. We will intimate you once your order is manufactured and ready for dispatch, at this point of time you need to pay the remaining 50% of the Final Estimate Amount (minus the advances paid at the pre-production stage).
Delivery & Installation
Within 2 days of the receipt of the Full Payment, your furniture will be dispatched from our factory to your site. The site has to be “ready” for us to commence installation (False Ceiling, Flooring, Stone Cladding or any other site works must be completed and live electrical connection is required). It can take upto 15 working days for us to complete installation of modular wardrobes and modular kitchen.
2. Cancellation
Since your full home interior design and furnishing order is customized as per your request, we cannot entertain requests for cancellation after commencement of production.
3. Warranty
In the unlikely event that any of our products has a manufacturing defect after installation, please be rest assured – we have a warranty of 5 years on all modular kitchens and wardrobes subject to necessary care and regular maintenance. The warranty will not be honored if the cabinets are exposed to stagnant water or harsh chemicals.
